1 cup raisins. 1 cup chopped walnuts. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Then add the Mayonaise, milk and eggs and beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the apples, raisins and nuts. Transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Test for doneness. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, and finish cooling on.
