The cheat is interesting because if you use it, your movement speed will be as fast as using a Bike. Pressing SELECT will make your character ride a bike and it won’t go away unless you remove the cheat. Remove the cheat and go inside a building to remove the bike. Just use it and don’t press SELECT and you’ll still move fast.
