What to do if your Pokémon is asleep?
Asleep. If a Pokémon is Asleep, it cannot attack or retreat by itself. It must also be turned sideways (usually counterclockwise). After each turn, if a player's Pokémon is Asleep, the player must flip a coin: if heads, the Asleep Pokémon "wakes up" and is no longer affected by the Special Condition.
Sleep lasts 1-7 turns (1-3 in the Stadium series); this counter is not reset upon switching out. A Pokémon cannot move on the turn it wakes up.
It will last 1-3 turns unless self-induced by rest, in which case it will last 2 turns every time. Every turn there is a 33% chance for it to wake up.
Confusion forces a Pokémon to sometimes attack itself instead of executing the selected move for a random 2-5 turns (this includes a Pokémon attempting to use Snore or Sleep Talk while asleep).
When a pokemon is confused, it will have a 50% chance to hit itself for a duration between 2 to 5 turns. However, on the last turn of effectiveness, the effect will wear off before the afflicted pokemon can use its move and potentially hurt itself.
Spore is the most accurate sleep attack, and is far and away the best reason to train a Parasect. Lovely Kiss and Sleep Powder are tied for 2nd most accurate, and should be considered very seriously for the Pokémon that learn them.
Jirachi is a charming little wish Pokémon that sleeps for a thousand years and grants wishes written on notes attached to its head when it wakes.
Burned and Poisoned: Your Pokémon can be Burned or Poisoned at the same time. It can also be Burned or Poisoned at the same time while Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

Pokémon that are asleep or frozen are easier to capture than those that are poisoned, paralyzed, or burned. There's no easy way to freeze wild Pokémon, so you'll probably want to focus on the sleep status condition.
These types will not go away unless they are cured with an item or at a Pokemon Center. None from this category can stack up with each other. If a Pokemon is Paralyzed, they cannot be Burned as well. However, if a Pokemon knows Rest, the Status Condition will be "healed" and replaced with Sleep.
If a Pokémon is Confused, you must flip a coin before attacking with that Pokémon. If you flip heads, the attack works normally, but if you flip tails, your Pokémon receives 3 damage counters and the attack ends without further effect.

1) Steel Wing

Paralysis In Generation 6

What's the laziest Pokémon?

For Early Bird, you have a 25% chance to wake up immediately, 50% to wake after 1 turn, and 25% to wake after 2 turns. So, if you've seen no "Pokemon is fast asleep" messages, you have a 25% chance to wake up next turn.
