They are found in Surfaces/Misc for 2 simoleons. Objects placed on the OMSPs remain usable (even chairs and such), but Sims may walk through them. What you need is an OMSP -- A One More Slot Package object. This allows you to place objects on the OMSP during buy mode. Then when you switch to play mode, the OMSP becomes invisible. It appears in the Surfaces --> Misc. To use the object, place it on the floor. It will appear as a red/white checkered object.

It goes in My Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Collections. The icon is purple with black lettering saying "OMSP". What's in the downloads? There are two files available. They are exactly the same, same GUIDs and everything. The only difference is that one set will show in the Buy Mode Catalog and one set will ONLY show in the Collection Folder.
